Thank you for your interest in becoming a stockist. We’re thrilled to have you join the Little Locker family, where we celebrate the magic of childhood through quality kids' clothing!

ACCOUNT SETUP
Please complete our wholesale application form via our website: www.littlelocker.com.au/pages/wholesale
Once your wholesale application is approved, an account will be created using the email address provided. Please ensure your business details, including address and contact information, are accurate and up to date.
Once logged in, you can browse all available Little Locker products, including wholesale pricing and recommended retail prices (RRP) for each item.
ORDER PLACEMENT
You have 30 days to place your first order after account approval. If no order is placed within this period, your wholesale account may be cancelled. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)
The minimum order amount is $300 AUD.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is required in full before any order is dispatched. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, PayPal, Zip, and Afterpay to facilitate a seamless checkout process.
PRICING
The wholesale pricing of our products is subject to change. You will receive a recommended retail price (RRP) guide, which must be strictly adhered to. Temporary sales allow for price reductions, but regular pricing must always align with the RRP.
All sales include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be added at checkout. Free shipping deals are not available for wholesale orders.
Items will usually be dispatched within 2 business days after full payment has cleared. We will notify you by email of any anticipated delay as soon as possible after we are made aware of the delay.
Please note:
Little Locker does not collect taxes for overseas purchases outside of Australia.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.
As we are unable to advise what these costs might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for information on respective charges and rates.
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Buyers have seven (7) days to inspect goods upon receipt. If defects are identified, please notify us immediately for resolution. If no notice is given, goods are deemed accepted.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted with prior written agreement from Little Locker. Goods must be in resaleable condition to be eligible for return.
SALES AVENUES
Little Locker products may only be sold through the approved channels specified during your application. Sales through unapproved platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or local markets are prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of your wholesale account.
IMAGE USAGE
We encourage you to use our images to maintain brand integrity. We have a folder of product images available for download. You may repost any product images from our social media, but please ensure you have permission from the original poster if the image is not yours and remember to tag them accordingly.
